Cookie policy

Last updated · July 9, 2026

This policy explains how RECUVAL uses necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics and advertising tools to measure the site experience and campaigns.

01

Cookie categories

Necessary cookies: support site functionality, security, and availability. They are not disabled through the banner because they are essential.

Analytics cookies: help us measure visits, interaction, scroll depth, engaged time, and performance through Google Analytics 4 when you authorize them.

Advertising cookies: enable Google Ads conversion and campaign measurement, including events such as WhatsApp, phone, email, or contact request interactions, when you authorize them.

02

Tools used

RECUVAL uses Google Tag Manager to manage tags and Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate your consent preferences before measurement tags load or activate.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking may run through Google Tag Manager. The app does not install gtag.js directly in code.

03

Events measured

We may measure interactions such as WhatsApp clicks, phone clicks, email clicks, successful contact form submissions, file downloads, 75% scroll depth, and 45-second engaged time.

These events are used to understand site performance, improve the experience, and measure campaigns. You should not send unnecessary sensitive information through forms, WhatsApp, or email.

04

Managing consent

You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize analytics and advertising preferences. Your preferences are stored in browser local storage for up to 12 months unless you clear them or we change the consent version.

You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.

05

Retention and rights

Measurement information is retained for periods proportionate to analytics, security, site improvement, and campaign measurement purposes. Specific periods may depend on the configuration of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and other providers.

To exercise rights related to your personal data or ask questions about this policy, write to us at info@recuval.com.

Review note

This policy summarizes the current technical implementation and should be reviewed by RECUVAL or its legal counsel before final launch or whenever measurement tools change.
